Ladouce is a multidisciplinary artist based in Nairobi, Kenya; specialized in the fields of prints, illustrations and original paintings. Coming from an established background in calligraphy and origami, she began her creative journey in 2012 as a self-taught artist, securing her first creative job competitively at just 14 years old at a calligraphy company. She has been actively developing her practice ever since. She sees art as a language accessible to all.
In her daily practice, she credits her personal conditioning of meditation, the outdoors, and mindfulness as essential elements that keep her creative discipline on track. By providing additional mental space, these daily rituals nurture the ability to focus more deeply during one's creative process. With an eye on the future, his ambition is to evolve his practice by creating new collections of works for exhibition in Nairobi and internationally, as well as collaborating with other like-minded artists and brands. ideas.
She is currently co-founder and lead artist of The Art Cartë and a member of the renowned Milan Art Club. Most recently, she won the Special Prize for the Mellow Art Award 2020. Other honors include first place in the inaugural Emax Kenya Entrepreneurship Competition 2020 and the record for highest participant score since the inception of Emax Norway, through his business, The Art Cartë.
Return policy
You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay return shipping if the return is the result of an error on our part (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of your package being delivered to the return sender, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

Delivery
We can ship to virtually any address worldwide. Note that there are restrictions on certain products and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
